AL PARI INDUSTRIES is a consolidated group of companies that brings together its own manufacturing projects and develops new lines of investment in Ukraine’s industrial and mining sectors. Drawing on the capital, operating assets and international commercial relationships of AL PARI GROUP, we are expanding in manufacturing, acquiring operating companies and developing production capacity.
A priority for AL PARI INDUSTRIES is running its own trade and investment programmes to support Ukrainian manufacturing and mining companies. Amid wartime conditions, unstable sales markets and logistics constraints, our programmes give companies new ways to sell finished products at good prices, raise capital, increase output and secure regular sales.
Integrated investment solutions hold a special place in AL PARI INDUSTRIES’ work: they combine financing a company’s growth with guaranteed purchase of agreed volumes of its output. Companies can expand capacity, increase output and plan ahead with sales terms agreed in advance and the group as a permanent buyer.

High-Income Sale of Industrial Companies
An alternative way to sell manufacturing and mining companies that lets owners substantially increase their total income from the deal by taking part in AL PARI GROUP development projects, with contractual guarantees of payment.
