Our business today

AL PARI GROUP is developing international trade, one of the longest-standing and most strategically important lines of its business. AL PARI GROUP is also actively investing in its four independent projects: AL PARI AGRO, AL PARI REAL ESTATE, AL PARI INDUSTRIES and AL PARI DEVELOPMENT. Each draws on the capital, operating assets and commercial capabilities of AL PARI GROUP, combining its own business operations with investment programmes and new areas of cooperation with partners.

$80M

AL PARI GROUP’s consolidated revenue from international trade and from leasing its own commercial property in 2025. Most of this revenue comes from international trade.

AL PARI AGRO

Purchase and sale of agricultural produce

$20M

AL PARI AGRO’s purchases of agricultural produce in August–September 2026.

These results confirm the practical demand for the trade and investment programme among Ukrainian agricultural producers. Growing interest in the terms we offer and a widening circle of partners lay the ground for larger purchase volumes, new commercial relationships and the further scaling of AL PARI AGRO.

AL PARI REAL ESTATE

Acquisition and management of our own commercial property

Since 2008 AL PARI REAL ESTATE has steadily invested in acquiring and developing commercial property in Ukraine. Over this period it has invested more than $150M in building its own property portfolio.

Today the group’s portfolio comprises 125 commercial properties with a total area of 150,000 m² in Kyiv and the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Lviv regions: 92 retail and 33 office properties. Of the total area, 132,000 m² is lettable, and as of 1 October 2026, 116,000 m² of it was let to tenants, or 88% of the lettable area.

AL PARI REAL ESTATE continues to grow its portfolio and considers properties of every size and value. Despite wartime conditions, economic instability and a subdued property market, the group remains an active investor, offering owners of commercial property real ways to sell through its own investment programmes and a range of deal structures.

AL PARI INDUSTRIES

Our own manufacturing projects and trade and investment programmes

Between February 2025 and September 2026 AL PARI GROUP spent $400M on purchasing finished products under its trade and investment programmes, and a further $15M on investment in manufacturing projects. Investment in this area continues.

The group’s current industrial portfolio includes food-industry companies, among them a canned-food producer, as well as woodworking and metalworking projects.

AL PARI INDUSTRIES keeps expanding and sees growing interest from Ukrainian manufacturing and mining companies in its trade and investment programmes. Strong demand for these solutions supports further growth in purchases and investment. The group plans a substantial increase in funding for this area by the end of 2026 and is building a large portfolio of investment projects for 2027.

AL PARI DEVELOPMENT

Residential development and investment and credit programmes

AL PARI DEVELOPMENT brings together its own housing projects and the “Residential Property Trade-in” credit programme. Drawing on the group’s capital and assets, the project develops commercial solutions that give people more ways to buy a home.

This project belongs to investment experience that began before AL PARI GROUP was formally established and was later brought into the group.

Aurora Insurance Company was founded in 2004 and specialised in life insurance, including corporate staff insurance programmes for industrial companies. Growth in this area expanded the client portfolio and laid the foundation for the business to grow further.

The investment strategy provided for steady capitalisation and expansion of the company, including through the 2008 global financial crisis. Additional investment strengthened the company’s position, developed its corporate segment and built a stable, profitable insurance business.

In 2010 the company was sold to a Ukrainian investor for four times the capital invested.

Alpari Bank was acquired in 2011 as part of the group’s expansion into the financial sector. Over the next two years the group steadily grew the banking business, developed new services for corporate clients and strengthened the bank’s commercial position.

A key focus was financial support for international trade, above all with the Middle East. The bank actively developed foreign-trade services and introduced innovative solutions in documentary operations and international settlements, opening up more ways to work with parties to foreign-trade deals.

By the end of 2013 the bank was consistently profitable, self-sustaining and a well-developed operating financial business. At the end of 2013 it was sold to a foreign investor. On exit, the group’s profit was three times the capital invested.

Loan portfolio

Cash Up is a financial business that the group built and scaled from scratch — an example of creating a stand-alone lending company with a well-developed operating infrastructure and its own credit-risk assessment system.

As its growth strategy played out, the company’s loan portfolio reached UAH 500M. A key element of the business model was a credit-scoring system that governed borrower selection and asset quality.

Performing loans never fell below 96% of the portfolio throughout the company’s operations.

In 2016 Cash Up was sold to a Ukrainian investor — an example of creating and scaling a stand-alone financial business followed by an investment exit.

Copper winding of electrical equipment in soft focus

Over several years AL PARI GROUP steadily invested in creating and developing alternative-energy companies, building a large portfolio of biomass and biogas generating capacity. Landfill degassing projects, which use landfill gas to generate electricity, held a special place in the investment programme.

By the end of 2020 the group had built an energy portfolio of 15 landfill degassing projects across Ukraine. Total installed generating capacity reached 21 MW, with annual output of 91 million kWh.

The work combined investment in building and developing energy infrastructure, creating production capacity and running operating generation companies. The resulting portfolio was a complete energy business with operating facilities and established processes.

In 2021 AL PARI GROUP completed this multi-year investment cycle, selling the portfolio to a Ukrainian investor for three times the total capital invested — one of the clearest examples of the group’s experience in creating, developing and selling capital-intensive infrastructure assets.

The companies we created continue to operate. We do not disclose their names or locations because of the ongoing wartime risks to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

End of a freshly cut log showing growth rings against a green background

AL PARI GROUP carried out an investment project in woodworking based on an operating plant in western Ukraine. At acquisition, the plant carried substantial bank debt and needed a financial turnaround, a return to stable operations and new sales channels.

The group carried out a comprehensive financial restructuring, restored the plant’s solvency and steadily developed the business. Within three years the plant’s bank debt was fully repaid, freeing resources to expand sales and strengthen its market position.

Exports were a particular focus. The plant widened its export geography, entered European Union markets including Germany, and built new relationships with foreign buyers. By 2022 it was consistently profitable and self-sustaining, completing its transition from a heavily indebted company to a financially sound operating business.

In 2023 AL PARI GROUP completed the investment cycle, selling the profitable operating plant to a Ukrainian investor for twice the total capital invested — an example of the group’s experience in acquiring, turning around and developing industrial companies through to a successful exit.

The plant continues to operate. We do not disclose its name or exact location because of the ongoing wartime risks to Ukraine’s industrial facilities.
